None of all monsters will attack back or come towards their targets.
Tested on different accounts, with acces 1

How can I fix this?

Don't use '0.3.6 v3'
Unfortunately it is horribly bugged.
If you read through the release thread you will probably find a fix for it somewhere in there though.
