Problem with npc

i got a problem with the fisherman. I can talk and buy from him but he dosnt answer me when i try to say "quests" or "quest".

What version of TFS are you using?
That script uses the old NPC system.

Im using tfs 0.2.23 or something.

That uses the old NPC as that guy said, its not going to work with a newer version of tfs. check the post date for that thread, 2007!

It says it's tested on tfs 0.2
