Problem with port 80 plz anyone help!!

Hello.
I have BIG problems with port 80.
All ports are unblocxked. But 80 not.
Skype Shut downed
Fire Wall Off.
Apache and Mysql works fine.
Ppl can login to my server. But Webpoage with name IP can't go to my webpage only with ""localhost""
Plz help me.

Start -> Controlpanel -> Firewall -> Add -> Port 80.

or you're having a modem/router which have firewalls which you didn't thought. but if server's online without you even knews modem firewalls, then there's none...

Call your router support number, they can help you a lot quicker and probably better than anyone else here can.
