Solved Problem with spells [TFS 8.31]

I'm using a TFS server [newest one], and when I try to cast spells on a normal character, it says I need to learn them first. I don't see anything in congif.lua about having to learn them, nor do I see a npc for selling them [cannot find a working npc anywhere to add myself]. Preferably I would like to be able to fix it so you do not have to learn spells, or have a npc that teaches you every spell for your vocation for one price.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

go to data/spells => spells.xml then you need to change all the needlearn="1" to needlearn="0"
