Problem with "The Gravedigger of Drefia Quest" vol.3 ch.3

Hey Guys ! :)
I do a The Gravedigger of Drefia Quest and on the mission vol.3 ch.3 I kill Necromancer Servant and in my loot havent Incantion fragment... but my quest log is update. I try to steal necromancer servant from other people but its impossible, when i kill necromancer servant i have normal loot from typical necro .. What can i do to finish this mission and all quest ... :( ?
