Witam na moim serwerze wczoraj przestało mi wyświetlać polskie znaki. Wiecie co mogłem zje*** że nie działają?

Ustaw odpowiednie kodowanie otwórz ten plik przez notepad++ i wybież zakładkę kodowanie polecam 2 opcję bez booom....
 
źle myślisz...
Myślę że to wina w moim layout.php czyli zły kawałek kodu.
