Problems getting TFS 8.7 online!

Hi guys! I need help getting my TFS 8.7 online!!.... I already have my no-ip since i have a router... I also have my God and i have logged in from my computer but I can't open the server and my friends can't log in... I also tried logging in with my God char and saying /openserver and it says that it is open but my friend can't log in... can someone help me please
I have also disabled my firewall and antivirus and it still doesn't work

Set your router to bridge.

I know this is probably going to sound really noob but how do i set router to bridge and how do i open ports?
