Problems in the Database

Lately i've been having a problem with my database and every single person are with loss skill 100 and 0.
Every player are appearing in database with skill 10, but in the game they have their correct skills.
I Need to know how to atualize the database to show their skill.

I see you are having way too much problems with your 0.4 tfs version, so my suggestion is to tell you to test this TFS that is more up to date and is still 8.6 version and have less bugs than the one you are using

Unfortunately i've already opened my OT server, so, that's not a viable option :/
I really need know how to fix this problem

Try uninstalling uniform server and reinstall again, If you are using XAMPP then I would suggest moving to uniform server and test with it.
Try deleting your DB then re-add it again and check if error still occurs.
