Windows Problems.....With ACC MAKER DeadTouch 3.0...

Hello.. Today i wanna ask you becouse i have some troubles with Acc maker for DeadTouch...(8.4 SQL)..
I copy all files to htdocs in my xampp and i set server patch etc.. and next i clik (Go to the a.c.c) then my xampp give me this...
