problems with houses

hello! i got a 7.4 avesta server and i make houses with RME but when i finish it i go with any char and say the command for buy the house (/buyhouse) in front that door but they say to me that i need place in the front door of the house that i want buy. But i0m front the door and i say the correct command so what are the problem? :S

Make sure that you've set tiles where the doors are located at to housetiles, too.
