Problems with login

Hi, i have a problem with loggin in with my IP, i can login to my server with the localhost ip , but with my own it says server is down etc, i've changed the ip in config to my own and still it doesnt work, any ideas?

PS: i can't add server to otservlist either , my server is on but it says server must be on to add

i read port forwarding thing, its just a BIG mess , no eisier way to do it ? really complicated :/

have You got public IP adress?

maybe u got firewall on ?

i allowd all ips like 7171, 3306 , 8080 in Firewall, and yes i got pub serv , still i can onlu connect with 127.0.0.1 and not my own ip

But u havnt open port 7171 on ur router?
