I have a website and the website is http://frosteraot.sytes.net:8090/

I need the 8090 leave.

Why I have port 8090 to the finish and my friends don't have?

Because you configured your webserver to use that port.

Unless you know that your ISP has blocked the port 80 incoming, you should be able to use port 80.
