Windows Problems with tfs in vps

I have my own tfs modified in my pc, but we rather to buy one vps online so, i try to run the tfs but some problems appear on the window...

i have 512mb in ram, 1.6 in proccesor, so i think this is good for my ot...

but i have this problems:
