Windows Problems with xampp!

Hello guys! I have got a small problem with my xampp

The apache tool crashes like twice every hour! I cant find why it crashes!
There is no problem with MYSQL its only apache thats crash!


I host it at an dedicated server.. And I cant find annything else that uses those ports.. So I dont know the problem..


PLEASE HELP ME!! AND I WILL REP+++ YOU

Reboot your dedicated server and start up everything again, if your using some program with "street lights" at the activity bar, shut it down with "shut down this tool"
