Edit: had to add price range.. so..
My service cost between 0.5 Euro to 15 000 depending on what you want..
For example an easy Npc would be 1 Euro.
And advanced would be 1.5, while and very advanced multi quest Npc could be 2 or more depending on how long time it take to create him.
