Promoted chars spells crashes server

I have done a search for this and only found 1 thing. didnt help either cuz the guy said nvm and closed the topic.

Really need help with this. Promotions was the LAST thing i have to do before opening my server.. and then i come upon this bug :/

If a player is promoted and does any spell it crashes the server. if anyone has had this happen to them or has an idea of what the problem could be, please let me know ASAP.
We are suppose to go online tomorrow, so please if you know what it could be please let me know.

i have checked that a couple times, all of them are correct. the problem isnt them getting promoted. Players can get promoted and the promotions stick, its just when they do a spell it bugs the server and freezes the server.exe so i cant see the error that comes up (if any)
