Promotions dont work TFS 1.5

anyone can help me with a promotion problem?
im running a 7.4 tfs 1.5 server

i buy promotion and it works untill i loggout or w8 like 10min
ive tried 1000 things and nothing works.
Vocations.xml are right and i have also tried Debug the problem.

asdfsd has logged in.

I think you need add on creaturescripts in onLogin for restart new vocation for storage.
