Protocol Upgrade/Change

I would love to see a tutorial that teaches users how to change the protocol version on their OTS.
This would be useful for many reasons -

Test server protocols (stops botting).
Official releases are slow to update.
Be the first with new protocol (who cares about features, buggy or not).
Im sure there are plenty more reasons, but I think you get it.

Hope to see this written at some point
