PZ bugs Need to be fixed!

Well, My time playing here on Slain the one thing I hate seeing the most is a bunch of people useing PZ bugs.
& I see it atleast 10 times a day.
One solution is to make it 100% illegal and a ban-able offense. (Would need a good active GM or what not to do that though.)
The other solution is to Simply find all the location that it is abuse-able at.
Such as,
Elemental Quest.
Venore Temple.
Dharoth.
I can't think of other places at this moment but there are many more.
