quest help

I am currently working on a quest where you would have to kill a boss and to claim rewards how can i script it so in order for you to leave the through the teleporter you have to kill the boss first. and how can i make the teleporter disappear 1 minute after the first character goes through it. would be really helpful if i can get some help. because this is a team quest and i want it to where you cant spam the teleporter. and make it easy for the newbies. as much as i hate teleporter quest id rather use something like the anni but alas i am still a newbie at scripting and i am not to good.
