Quest logs?

Im just wondering if it is possible to make the quest log thing actually work when u complete quests? Like every time u finish a quest it fills it out in ur quest log button, near options and logout. And it gives a brief description of the quest and if it is (completed) or not. But im wondering if i can customize these quests or do only real tibia's work?
