Question about account manager

hi, well I have my server cryingdamson-gui and the account managger doesnt create vocations, could someone explain me and give me an advice how to be like a normal server that you choose a vocation(without a website)

instead of

newPlayerChooseVoc = false

change to

newPlayerChooseVoc = true
