Hey guys i bought a dedicate server i got my account and everything but when i try to open the server in the dedicated i couldn't open it because the dlls files would not work the dedicate did no have any programs installed it was just a computer with nothing inside so my question is where can i buy a dedicated with a os sistem installed that i can open my server without problems? thanks you in advanced i will rep+ you thank you.

I would recommend you to contact the provider of your services, almost all sites that sells Dedicated server provide some kind of help, they will probably sort your problem out.

And yes, I think you can buy a dedicated server which already has an OS installed.
