If i wish to use custom sprites for my server. What do i need to do? and how?

well, first you would have to design the new sprite on a software such as photoshop, once you have the weapons, monsters characters developed, then id suggest you search through the tutorials on how to develop those sprites into your server.

all sprites etc are already designed

You will need to add them in .spr , .dat and .otb file.

i got that part. but how do my players get that >.<

They will need to download your custom client with your custom spr/dat files so that they won't debug everytime they encounter/use one of the custom sprites.
