Quick OT help

Hi there!

Since I was banned from an OT and since all the other american 8.42 ots are very boring, I decided I might start to learn how to host my own server.

I just want a very quick an easy tutorial on how to run


[8.42] The Forgotten Server v0.2.1 (Mystic Spirit)

I'd like to know what to download, what to change in the LUA file?
And everything else.

I used to know how to do it and yes, I've searched but it seems like I'm not searching for the right thing.
