It is an value, player can have stroagevalue (numbers) and that stroagevalue can be like: stroage 33333 and player have value 1 or 2 etc.
It is used for example when someone makes quest it adds that quest stroagevalue +1. script checks if player has value -1 then it adds 1+, if player has 1 the it says "it is empty" or w/e
