Hey, I'm gonna download and install Linux ubuntu right now, but I don't want to remove my old operative system (windows xp), I want it to be when I start my computer, I wanna have 2 operative systems to choose between like

Windows XP

Linux Ubuntu

Can anyone tell me how? ^^

Edit: Nvm, just installed it and it made exactly as I wanted it to be automaticly:P

but anyway, when linux has loaded, it says "Out of range" Can anyone tell me what this is?

I installed it with wubi.exe. Also theres another .exe file "umenu.exe" but when I extract it, it says "Wrong cd found".. something.

Ill give rep to the first one who helps me! //Nikkster

Yea its already installed but when I started linux, and it has loaded, it turns to a blackpage with white text, and says "Out of range"

Maybe someone linux user know about what that can be?

Linux needs a good graphic card? Because my graphic card right now sucks, but everything else is pretty good.

Try to edit your X config file and remove the depths and resolutions your display/card can't display.

For xorg, the config file is /etc/X11/xorg.conf

For xf86 it's /etc/X11/XF86Config-4

#edit
first check drivers
