random mysql connection loss

What could be the reason, it happens suddenly , like 4x a day, the database is really small.

I have set timeouts to 0 now, still happens, but doesn't show any error, players just aren't able to login anymore

Is the database hosted on the same computer as the server?

Are you certain it's not the mysql server that's crashing?
