Linux Rare Error - "out of range value for column count" MySql

in the image it says correct, it is localhost, and everything works fine, I can change the values/lengths


In the second image that says incorrect, I have it on a linux ubuntu 20.04 server, no matter how much I add length/values, the changes are not saved.
and it gives me that "out of range value for column count" error

change count into int via ALTER

ALTER TABLE yourtable ALTER COLUMN count int(11);
