I can't understand anything on site, and seems a bit chaotic.

Doesn't look like there's much structure to it in terms of placement.

Heres some constructive feedback

Pros
- News feed looks nice and simple to understand
- Top menu bar is the way to go!
- Nice Color scheme

Cons
- Messy. No clear "main menu structure"
- Top banner is stretched and pixelated
- News items should be a bit more clearly separated from each other
- Move social network icons into the top left of the blue menu and make them smaller
