Bug on the quest target dummy.. Where are telas?

Me and Talaturen are working on some bugs together, but i am uploading him some scripts.
I will currently work on 'Target Dummies' so you will be able to find Telas. Please have patience.
* The next update to TwifySoft Servers, won't take more than 'two weeks'.

No, update was 2 months ago: Winter Update 8.70. Now new update with bug fixes.
