Stupidity is not calculated by IQ, a person can have over 200 in IQ but lack complete social or living skills..

I just joined OTLand and I'm writing this application to get accepted as a GM/CM on a good server!

Well, my name is Mahmoud and I'm 11 years old. I live in Egypt,Cairo. I can both English and Arabic. Don't judge me because of my age, you don't know me yet!

I can a lot about Open Tibia and I've worked in different OTs but sadly they are not up anymore. I can help everyone that asks for help and manage events and such. I can also help you creating spells if you want me to.

Learn something else. lua c++? anything maybe that has something to do with tibia.

and you can become more then a CM/GM/GOD. just w8 a few years.

A age is something that describes the person but it will allways be a number for almost only free presents(brithdays).
 
your english is as fluent as a mexican or a brezilian . You would be better run of hosting your own server and becoming god of your own creation but then again, i hightly doubt you have the skills to open up a server even if its a downloaded server . lol
 
I agree with you on most occasions that age is only a number, but that number could potentially show the maturity level within the person. I.e An 11 year old, showing maturity at certain points but in the situations that would in a case anger the "11 year old" may or may not anger someone that is older. It also indicates in the post above that he can't handle the slightest of critizism or anything of the type. Be it, non of us know him all that well; Though posting all Capslock in a post vaguely shows how well he can handle situations. Non of this is meant to flame or be rude, but to give him things to think about when putting himself out to look for a staffing position as such as he is now. Too many people now days in Open Tibia put in an application for a server "I'm a really good GM, CM, etc. I can handle all situations very well..etc etc." although, when they get the job they, for the lack of a better term, slandered for, get removed from the position for multiple reasons. I would play on some serious Open-Tibia servers before trying to staff as one, and let their staff be your model for how you want to be. Maybe it's "This guy is terrible, I definitely don't want to be like him", or it could be as simple as "Dang, this guy is awesome I want to be a great staff member and treat the players like gods/goddesses." Just some things for you to think about.

Also, you could make your application more lively with some better details and such. As well as making it "more pretty" such as adding colors and what not.

Just to be clear, non of this is to be rude, but to help you. ^_^
