when the monster dies, it makes a second (stronger one) in its place, then when that one dies you get the loot or exp...

make 2 monster in monsters files, both look same name same exept 1 rebirth or something.. Set first one 0 exp, 0 loot. Second one with exp with loot, and stronger then first. Get it?
 
That doesn't look like it is going to work.
Did you test it?
