Windows Record loading error and items.otb error (7.6)

When i start my Avesta 7.6 i get this error

>ERROR: Failed to load online records!

am i missing a log file somewere ?
If that's the problem were should it be and what name should it have?

I am trying to edit a 7.6 otb file.
i downloaded itemEditor 0.2.2 (7.6)
choose a blank id (4328)
changed the cid to 3042
then saved is as items.otb

but when i start the server i get
cant find items.otb not supported items.otb file

How can i fix this ?

Try to find a other 7.6 server and copy the items.otbm and paste this file in your server.

Why would that help.. do you even know what a cid is?

Yes I know it but atm I only work with 8.4 and not 7.6.
