red please help lost donor items

there was just a crash less then 2 minutes ago. i just created a new character and transfered donor items by goin to a remote area and droppin them on the ground then hitting ctrl+g and pickin them right back up. i just lost all my donor items. love the server but i'm done with it if i just permanantly lost my items. please help me.
