Red skull bug

Helluuu.. im having some issues with redskull on my ot..

example: You will loose your redskull in 1 day.
2 days later you still got rs.. does any one know why? :s

This one explains that you will loose your red skull 10 days after recieving it,<if you dont pk again after getting frags>.
