redskull remover and unban script

Hiho I wanna 2 scripts to my server (0.3.5)

When you donte redskull remover you get a window like

Player Name: then he enter hes name.

Then after 20sec hes rs is gone


Wanna same with unban.

I have tested the redskull remover of the shop, but it doesnt works, so I also need the script.. thanks
