I got a naxed ot 8 console. The cpu gets sky high and the server starts to lagg. Is there any solutions for this'?

CPU usage of OTs should always be low. I don't know what the hell are you doing, but maybe you have TFS 0.4 and wrong globalevents interval (in seconds instead of in ms?)
