I have noticed this in my pc lately, is it possibly my graphic card? (Gtx 560)

I don't know if you can see it but if you look closely at each icon to the right you will find a weird reflection.

It appears more with the League of legends file (I believe)

What is this problem?

Edit: I shaked my monitor and the reflection seems to be gone, the screen shot also doesn't have any sort of reflection, do you have any idea what can cause this little problem?

Although it's gone I just wanna know why did it exist when I didn't shake my monitor abit.
 
I don't see anything o_o

I just said I shaked my monitor and the screenshot doesn't have any reflects because it's obviously my monitor, maybe it's my cable not being good in it's position.

Or if you have an LCD something to do with the liquid?
