Lua regeneration items (set) not working properly

Hello guys, i have a problem with my faster regeneration items like boots, legs, pieces of equipment..
the problem is that they regenerate, but only if you Deequip it and equip it again...
in movements i added every piece with onequip and ondeequip
what im doing wrong? D:

I don't follow

I think it meant to work like that?

You equip soft boots and they should be regenerating the player until they decide to take them off

yeah but know they dont work like that, if you equip them they regenerate you, if you log out or die, they stop regenerating you and you hav to deequip and equip it to work again :S
