Solved Reloading npc

Hey,
almost every time i reload npc; server goes crashed. Can it be reason because of old npc. Remember that when server is starting thereis no error in console and all npc works fine.

Reloads in the newest revs and 0.3.6 bugs sometimes, just restart the ot after changes and dont use reloads.

Reloading NPCs through GUI has always caused crashes. Use /reload npc ingame instead.
