Windows Remere Map editor "OS windows 7 ultimate 64 bits" problem

well i was using the map editor fine yesterday, also i have to change some things so i can open tibia "color 16-32 bits" i have to change that so i can play tibia as i say but now i cant open remere it doesnt look as it should
