Windows Remere's Map Editor - 9.31 items?

Hi, i use RME 3.0 beta and i was going to create a map with 9.31 protocol.
But i don't see any new items. Do i need to add them myself?
Please, help.

RME Doesn't support 8.6+ items I believe.
