Remeres map editor problem

I cant open Remeres map editor it told me to put it in a tibia 8.4 folder and i did but when i load it it says that it has unknown files like monsters and spells and items and i dont know why could you help me plz

are you sure that the map is 8.4?

Reinstall the map editor, you misread the directions. (from what I understood you put the whole editor in your tibia folder?)
