Port 3306 is unblocked through my Internet Fire Wall, Windows Vista fire wall, and Task manager doesnt show anything about port 3306 is used... WTF!?!?!
Thoose programs are in use is:
Aztra - Port 7171
Xampp - Webbrowser for Aztra, (Xml version and all users from Xampp are kicked and delited)
[This is not the xampp I have problem with now, include this one are not running while I were fixing the new one]
Aztra-highrate - Port 7172 (another computer but in same network)
There is no other programs runned from the other computer..
so.. anyone know whats the problem? because its realy anoying.. -.-

As Title say, I got new computer for hosting, fixed fire wall and start unblock for new server, an [B]Tfs-SQL[/B] server.
I downloaded xampp and started the install, just then the MySQL service started it says:
