Removing outfits from outfit chooser

Does anyone know how to remove outfits from the outfit chooser you get when you right click your self.

Can someone tell me where in the source , in what file and what things I should change?
Would I have to make a custom client or can I just edit this.

If you are using tfs you have a .xml file called "outfits" in data\XML

There you can delete outfits or add outfits like Dwarf, Elf.
