Removing party!

I need to remove party from my server, does anyone know how to do, please tell me!

I want to remove my share exp system, the thing is that when the exp stage has reached the top you can just invite a lvl 250 and share exp with him,and you will get pretty much exp for your level.

Because half of the population from Poland crsh my server with party. If you know how to do it, then please tell me.
