I think it'd be nice. Since you would easier see how good a person is, and how much he has helped other people before. As it is now you only see if he has 10, 20, 30 and so on. I like the idea. But I don't think it's possible to do without writing a new plugin. ;) Try to find a script for this and I'm sure that Talaturen will give it a try.
 
if the forum use mybb i have a script, but if not you can fix to work with your forum :)
 
Otland uses VBulletin. So it doesn't work. Try searching some more. ;)
 
well it would be great idea but some ppl are great without seeing there rep like Empty he always help me.
