Well I'm just wondering how to reputation system works.

As you can see some are grayed out, what does that mean?

The gray ones means that he has 0 reputation power. Atleast that's what I believe.

Yes, the grey ones have 0 rep power, that means that they've made fewer than 50ish(?) posts in the forums, so they don't have as much points as the rest of us. I on the other hand, I give 26 points.

Nopes, you never lose rep power, unless many of your posts get deleted.
