Could someone help me find a script so when i use a item it gives me 50% experience bonus for 3 hours?

ok just to clarify this that you do understand it.
options you have
a) learn how to compile your server and add the player event into the core (1.0 doesn't have the onAddExperience / onRemoveExperience event)
b) learn how to compile 1.2 it has the necessary event needed for the script as mentioned above.
c) take the pre compiled 1.1 server which also has the player events.

There is no other way around it, deal with it or don't wonder if no one can help you.

Here I saw a nice title, was wondering why such a small few line script has 2 pages.
No wonder you don't get any help. Your attitude is amaze.
This post I'm making uses more words and took more time than making the necessary functions itself xD

Why dont you switch to linux maybe? You can compile much easier and faster with it.

Because i use windows, i have tried linux and it is so confusing and i have already been using windows since i was like 7 so i will stick to windows. Anyone got time to to compile for 10.82 for me? I can pay good also.

Do you have time to run a server but does not have time to compile the sources for your server? It don't make any sense.

Because when i found the exe and dll files for my server there was over 100 errors in console and i fixed pretty much 95% of them and that other exe is only for 10.77 and gives me a few errors more then the one im using.

Maybe that is because your old server has running in TFS 1.0 and you are now running your server with TFS 1.1? :p

You should learn how to compile on MSVC, that is not a hard thing to do. Also I really recommend you to use ORTS.
